Role Overview:

As a Part-Time Team Member at Rollerstop, you’ll help create an amazing experience for our guests. This is a hands-on role that involves customer service, assisting with skate hire, instructing customers, keeping the rink safe, and making sure everyone has fun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Help with skate hire and returns
• Supervise the rink to ensure safety and assist skaters when needed
• Keep the rink, seating, and public areas clean and tidy
• Handle cash/card transactions at the till
• Support skaters on and off the rink, teaching basic skate skills to get them rolling
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

• Team player who can also take initiative when needed

• Skating experience is a bonus, but not essential (training provided)

Role Responsibilities
As a Cafe Part-Time Team Member, you will:

• Serve customers and handle cash transactions.
• Prepare hot drinks, including barista-style coffee, and assist with food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards through basic cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to ensure smooth operations
  

What We’re Looking For

While prior experience is not essential, the following would be an advantage:

• Barista training or experience making coffee.
• Previous hospitality experience.
• Familiarity with family-friendly environments.
  

Hours and Availability
This is a part-time role requiring 2-4 shifts per week, typically on weekday evenings and weekends. Additional hours may be available during holidays and busy periods. Candidates should be reliable, conscientious, and enjoy teamwork.
